I may not always be able to understand the hardships and trials experienced by another person, but I will always show empathy towards their experiences and feelings regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender, etc. In addition, I will continue to educate myself on those feelings and experiences of which I am unfamiliar with.

Through my work and personal life, I will always treat every person I come across with the upmost respect that they deserve. Every relationship in life begins with mutual respect, which makes it a vital aspect in my personal and professional life.

Regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender, etc., I will always create a welcoming environment for all of my fellow workers and also clients. Aside from the identities of individuals, I will also always be a proponent of the diversity of thought and ideas to create as inclusive of an environment as possible at all times.

I will always give credit for work that is not my own and will never attempt to pass on the efforts of others as my own. I will also never attempt to fabricate the truth in my work or create works with malicious pretenses.
